Getting Players Into Shape

In Chapter 30, we’re reminded that spiritual fitness requires intentional training. Like athletes, believers must be disciplined in prayer, the Word, service, and obedience. It’s time to get in shape—not just for ourselves, but for the team.

Spiritual laziness leads to church stagnation. But when each member takes responsibility for their growth, the church gains strength.

Create a spiritual training plan for the next 30 days. Include time in Scripture, prayer, and acts of service. Then follow it.
